The small village (partially uninhabited) is about 1 km from the town of Tocco da Casauria (PE), is surrounded by extensive olive groves and woods below. The territory mainly flat allows comfortable walking, jogging activities and easy use of bicycles. The place is very quiet and strategic for many excursions all around.

Tocco da Casauria (PE) , on the slopes of Mount Morrone ( Majella National Park / Morrone ) , has just under 3,000 inhabitants , it is 400 m . asl, overlooking the Pescara River Valley , surrounded by mountains and hills with endless olive groves ; is famous for its production of oil and liquor " centerbe ." The wind coming from the Gorges of Popoli feeds a major wind farm and allows the activity of the National School of Paragliding . Motorway A25 at 5 ' , the city of Pescara , the beaches of the Adriatic Sea and the Airport are a 40 ' , the most important ski centers in the region in just over half an hour , Rome is 90 ' .
